Domestic

  • We will ship all "in-stock" items within 2-4 days.

  • Items marked as "pre-order" or "made-to-order" will ship when specified.

International

We can ship to just about any country. If you would like a quote prior to purchase, please contact us.

Large Pieces

There may be a crating charge for large/heavy pieces. White glove service available for applicable pieces and/or custom items.

Returns

As a general rule, returns are something we try to avoid. As a small operation that performs all the manufacturing in-house, the time spent on the individual pieces is non-refundable in a way that differs from a larger business. The benefit of an owner-operator endeavor like AWN is that it enables us to produce items that are in some cases too complicated or time consuming for larger manufacturers; and hopefully at a reasonable cost.

That being said, we would hate for anyone to be less than satisfied with an AWN piece. We are more than happy to provide guidance that will aid with the decision making process. We have many design tools at our disposal.

Return/Exchange Guidelines:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to be returned/exchanged.

  • Made-To-Order items are not returnable - please contact prior to purchasing.

  • Exchanges only accepted in certain cases. (example: same design/different color, etc.)

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Finishes

In an effort to maximize quality & productivity, "standard" finishes are somewhat limited. In our opinion, it is not necessarily appropriate to offer every design in every conceivable finish. (or in every species of wood for that matter)

In other words, the finish is not separate from the actual design or materials chosen. This is why certain pieces may only ever be available in very specific woods and/or finishes.

However, we are open to discussing alternate finishing options. Any "non-standard" finish may incur a small charge. Additionally, new finishes may become available as "standard" over time as we are consistently experimenting.

Care & Maintenance

Care instructions are included with each item, where applicable. In general, avoid cleaning with soapy water or harsh chemicals.

Quality & Quantity

We make great effort to insure that all items leaving the shop are made to last. If at any point in time a functional issue may arise; whether due to an error on our part or one of your own, we will do our best to provide a remedy. 

In an effort to maintain a high level of quality, all products (unless otherwise noted) are produced in small-to-medium "batches" by Patrick alone. If a particular batch appears to be sold-out, please inquire for availability.
